Social Video Producer
Seattle, WA (in office or remote)
Social Video Producer to help grow our podcast network, YouTube channels, and broader video presence in the outdoor community.
We create two of the biggest podcasts in the outdoor space: Climbing Gold with Alex Honnold and The Dirtbag Diaries. This role works alongside our podcasting, creative, and business teams to produce video content that supports and expands some of the biggest podcasts in the outdoor space. The ideal candidate is organized, culturally aware, creatively ambitious, and comfortable moving between an edit bay, a social content calendar, and the field.
You should be confident editing and shooting short-form video, have a strong understanding of modern internet culture, knowledge of target audience and how to speak to them, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the work. A willingness to appear on camera is a plus, but not required. While much of this role is focused on editing and channel management, there will also be opportunities to work in the field with podcast producers, athletes, advocates, and storytellers.
A passion for the outdoors is essential. So is a desire to create meaningful work that inspires emotion, curiosity, and thought.
This role reports to the CEO and Creative Director. While we do have an office in Seattle, this full time position can be remote with the expectation that you can travel to Seattle a few times a year for team meetings. Some travel required in order to execute on projects.
